India!
Follow your heart! Follow your dreams and allow
the flow of beauty and abundance to stream through your
life guiding you. Right now my heart is guiding me to India,
in fact I'm at the airport now. Where is your heat
guiding you?
Guidance
Through out my life I have always been there for my friends and family. I have always been someone who people came to talk to... and actually I shouldn't limit myself to my family and friends because somehow I seem to attract those who need guidance no matter where I am. At first I thought they were trying to suck my frequency but as time went on I became able to hold frequency without depleting mine. Learning Reiki was a big part of this, I am so grateful for Reiki. But I also have a great deal more. I channel. I am not sure quite what I channel. I feel that it is different depending on the circumstance. I feel sometimes I channel my higher self and sometimes I connect with others higher selves in order to relay to them the messages of what they need to hear. I feel this is a true gift and in honor of everything that is happening right now - you are not alone! Everyone is going through so much right now and I really want to be of service to those who are seeking guidance. I have been sought out by many people around me in the last little while and feel that it is a sign that I should be sharing more and more with others.
I would love to offer sessions that incorporate all of what I have to utilize or just what you feel you need. I use Reiki, Crystals, Intuition and Channeling and Herbs.
1 hour session $60
We can also do different amounts of time but will use that as a base. I am so excited to be doing this! This is what my heart is guiding me to do!
Please email tiffanymailloux@yahoo.ca to book a session.
Thank you!
Being a part of the Food Chain
I live in a small town, this town in located on a big lake and most everyone either lives on the waterfront or else on the mountainside. I live on the mountainside so not only is the town surrounded by the forest but where my back yard ends the forest begins... or it is all overlapping really. I grew up here but left to find work in the city for quite a few years. I have always loved this community that I never stopped calling home and I moved back a little less then a year ago. I was immediately happy when I moved back but wanted to take some time before I wrote about it. I wanted to make sure that my feelings were long lasting, I wanted to get out of the 'honeymoon' phase and give myself some time to process - but I feel the same. I feel like my life is so much more rich with what is truly important.
I feel so much more deeply connected to the rest of the planet.
It is amazing how quickly the city can disconnect you from nature and therefore disconnect you from a much bigger picture. It is so easy in the city to get lost in the hustle and bustle, not only that but to forget what lies beyond the confines of concrete. I mean sure you can watch a documentary about birds, or sharks but to step into their world you truly realize that we are living amongst these amazing creatures. Last night as I was driving home from work there was a herd of Elk on the road, I stopped - well of course I did they're friggin' huge! I watched them for quite some time, they were in a big grassy yard just on the side of the road, I saw 2 bulls fighting, I saw Mama Cows standing aside with their calves, and the rest of the herd which I counted out to be 22 in total grazing away on the cool grass. When you witness such an event it really makes you feel rather insignificant. Like you are a small part of something much bigger, a much bigger picture which is truly amazing.
In the city you are the strongest link on the food chain, but when you walk through the woods and see these huge creatures, or when you go outside and there is a huge bear in your yard, or you catch a glimpse of the ever illusive cougar you realize that you are rather low on the food chain and it really brings everything in perspective. You realize that you aren't the 'something' you are only a part of something. (And if you have ever been into a bar in the city you will see that there are many people who have not learned this lesson - lol!)
This knowledge is not only truly humbling but also I find it rather comforting. There is a certain feeling that you get when walking along a stream, when you realize that this stream is connected to a river and that river flows to the Ocean creating an amazing network that connects all of the worlds water, it makes you feel connected to this amazing planet in a way that nothing else can.
I am so glad that I have this connection to nature, and I encourage you all to find a deeper connection that you may already have.

Gratitude and Kundalini
I have read that the concept of Kundalini comes from yogic philosophy of ancient India and refers to the mothering intelligence behind yogic awakening and spiritual maturation. I always thought that in order to have these kind of profound spiritual experiences you must be on a disciplined path, that you must eat natural and whole foods free of animal products, that you must slowly raise your vibration and while I do think that these things are important I must admit that my expereince happended during a period that I have been feeling a low vibration.
Here it is. I am a Reiki Master which does help to raise your vibration but during that last few months I have fallen behind in my practice, rarely giving treatments and allowing myself to get wrapped up in some 'bad energy'. There was something though; that was lifting the cloud for me, and it was gratitude. Gratitude is one of the most simplistic and powerful things in existence. I signed up for a daily gratitude email from gogratitude.com actually it is a 42 day experiement, in which I get an email reminding me of the power of gratitude. What it did for me was encourage me to focus on gratitude. I have been taking time out of each day to recall what I am grateful for, as well as during times of stress or self induced negativity I have been actively shifting my focus and taking time to recount what I am gratful for.
In the future I will discuss what this can do for you but now I would like to acknowledge that it was this practice souly that helped to bring about a great raise in vibration and has helped to unlock my dormant serpent, also known as Kundalini energy and really has helped to shift my whole being to a happier and more loving place.
